About Creative Commons. You can go to their website 'About' page or to Wikipedia and learn all about it.
Essentially it's about licensing your online work (photography, blogs, writing etc.) for sharing in a variety of ways with others (fully, partial, non-commercial or commercial etc.) When you decide what licence is right for you, you copy and paste the html into your Blogger layout page, and hey presto the CC button gets embedded in your website. People can then click on it and see how or if they can share your work. Easy peasy.
